Welcome to the Children's Intelligence Agency (CIA). The CIA is a cutting-edge spy organization that utilizes critical thinking, computer science, and creativity to unravel global mysteries. Our app features 'Hack Mode', an innovative function that enables children to understand the inner workings of the app and customize it to suit their spy requirements.

Developed by the renowned Bright Little Labs, the CIA app serves as a valuable supplement to England's KS1 & KS2 Computing Curriculum. Bright Little Labs has been widely recognized for their exceptional contributions to the field of children's education, earning accolades such as the prestigious 'Top Coding Toy for Kids' title by both the Evening Standard in 2018 and the Independent in 2017, as well as being awarded the EDF Stem Pulse Award in 2017.

Please note that the Children's Intelligence Agency is a bona fide spy organization designed exclusively for children. Not all of our content is suitable for adults, and we are not affiliated with the Central Intelligence Agency. While we may be smaller in size, our intelligence quotient is undoubtedly higher.

Bright Little Labs is ambitiously shaping the landscape of children's media in the 21st century. Their portfolio encompasses interactive stories that foster critical thinking, computer science, and equality for children aged 5 and above. One of their flagship stories revolves around Detective Dot, a tech prodigy sent on perilous missions by the Children's Intelligence Agency. Bright Little Labs provides a user-friendly gateway into coding, with children joining the CIA to complete engaging STEM-focused missions both online and offline.

In 2016, Bright Little Labs successfully crowdfunded their project through Kickstarter, launching a book and an online spy club. They subsequently became part of Bethnal Green Ventures, a tech-for-good accelerator backed by the Cabinet Office. Additionally, in 2018, they formed a partnership with Turner (owners of Cartoon Network!!!) to produce animated shows, games, and more books.
